These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by The Electric Lavender Train (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Informational use

This website is provided for informational purposes — to share information about The Electric Lavender Train, our music, upcoming and past shows, photos and video, merchandise, and how to reach us. It also links to a newsletter signup and unsubscribe form, and to forms for booking/merchandise/general inquiries, content removal requests, and testimonial submissions.

Booking inquiries are not a confirmed booking

Submitting the Booking Inquiry form, or contacting us by email, does not create a confirmed booking, reservation, or contract of any kind. A booking is confirmed only once we and you have entered into a separate written agreement covering the details of the event, and any required payment has been made under the terms of that agreement. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as a guarantee of availability or a confirmed engagement until that has happened.

Merchandise inquiries are not purchases

This website does not have an online store, shopping cart, or checkout. Submitting the Merch Inquiry form is a request for information — it is not a purchase, an order, or a payment transaction, and it does not obligate either party to complete a sale. Please do not submit payment card numbers or other payment information through any form on this website; we do not request or accept payment information this way.

Music page links are not audio hosting

The Music page may link out to streaming platforms, pre-save pages, or a video for a given release. This website does not itself host, stream, sell, or distribute any audio — clicking a link there sends you to a separate, third-party destination described below.

Newsletter

The newsletter link opens our email provider's hosted signup page, and a separate hosted unsubscribe form lets you opt out. Use of either page is also governed by the provider's terms and is described in our Privacy Policy.

Event media submissions

The Gallery & Merchandise page's “Share Your Event Media” link opens a separate Google Form. Before submitting, the form requires one acknowledgment that you reviewed the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms of Use. That single acknowledgment includes the event-media submission terms below:

• By submitting media, you confirm you actually took it, or otherwise have the authority to submit it to us for the uses described below.
• We may use submitted media only within the ordinary scope of promoting Electric Lavender Train — this website, our own social media accounts, and similar band promotion. We will not use it for paid advertising, on merchandise, for resale, or for promoting any artist or project unrelated to Electric Lavender Train (including other Heavy Crush Records artists) unless we separately ask for and receive your specific approval for that additional use.
• Submitting media does not guarantee we will publish it. We may decline to use any submission.
• If your submission includes other identifiable people, or any minor, we may need additional permission before using it, and may decline to publish it without that permission.
• If you'd like something you submitted taken down, use the Content Removal Request form on the Contact & Booking page. Submitting that request starts our review — it does not automatically guarantee removal.

Testimonial submissions

The About page's testimonial submission link opens a separate Google Form. Before submitting, the form requires one acknowledgment that you reviewed the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms of Use. That single acknowledgment includes the testimonial-submission terms below:

• By submitting a testimonial, you confirm it truthfully describes your own first-hand experience with Electric Lavender Train, and that you have the authority to submit it and any accompanying material to us.
• We may publish your testimonial only with the public attribution you selected in the form (including anonymously or with a first name only, if that is what you chose).
• We may make minor, non-material edits to a submitted testimonial for length or clarity, but only where the form asks for and you give that consent — we will not change its meaning or attribute a statement to you that you did not make.
• Submitting a testimonial does not guarantee we will publish it. We may decline to use any submission.
• If you'd like a published testimonial removed or corrected, use the Content Removal Request form on the Contact & Booking page. Submitting that request starts our review — it does not automatically guarantee removal.

Permitted use

You may use this website for its intended informational and inquiry purposes. You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website or its underlying systems;
• Submit false, abusive, or malicious content through any form on this site; or
• Use automated means to scrape, spam, or overload this website or its forms.

Ownership of content

Content on this website — including text, photographs, video, music, logos, and artwork — may be owned by, or licensed to, The Electric Lavender Train. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use content from this website beyond ordinary browsing without our permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Our relationship with Heavy Crush Records

The Electric Lavender Train is part of Heavy Crush Records. This website is dedicated to Electric Lavender Train; it is not a promotional site for Heavy Crush Records or its other artists, and any acknowledgment of that relationship on this site is informational, not an endorsement or promotion of unrelated acts.

Third-party links and embedded services

This website links to and embeds content from third-party services, which may include music streaming and pre-save platforms, social media platforms, Brevo (our newsletter provider), Google Forms (for event-media and testimonial submissions), and YouTube. Those services each have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which are not controlled by us and which you should review separately before using them. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of any third-party service, and linking to one is not an endorsement of everything on it.
